Our team makes every effort to address situations requiring urgent responses as needed after a home assessment has taken place, but eligible applicants are initially selected for service from an ongoing waitlist before a project is initiated. 

Our weatherization and energy efficiency services are provided to those who meet the qualifications and criteria set by the Ohio Home Weatherization Assistance Program. Households must have an income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guideline to receive weatherization services. If you have received weatherization services within the last 15 years, know that we may be able to visit your home to make repairs, but priority is given to applicants that have not yet received weatherization services. Our Weatherization & Energy Efficiency department processes a large volume of applications. Due to high client demand, applicants are placed on a waitlist before their initial home inspection. A team member will reach out within three business days of your pre-application submission. Please keep an eye out on your email and phone notifications for our updates. 

If you have received a formal approval, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a home inspection/energy audit. Please note that home visits are scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis based on our current demand. Home visits may be scheduled any time between 2 weeks to 6 months following your application approval.
